Lived here in 2015 , after the historic Flood in Columbia my apartment suffered a leak in the ceiling which grew black mold causing me to not be able to work, I was employed in food service. Due to the black mold I developed bronchitis and was sick for months. My fiance withheld rent because this complex would not fix the issue. We were evicted in 2016 and they kept my security deposit even though I left the apartment as clean as they gave it to me. The deposit should've been used to cover the missed rent. They have a 1600 dollar collection on my credit. The property manager at the time was Tammy and she did not care and the way she described the landlords they don't care either. Their is also a lot of crime in the complex, kids running around unattended, theft, car break ins, gang and drug activity. Do not move here unless where you are sounds worse. Definitely wouldn't recommend for people with children, the complex has a small playground area but you won't be comfortable using it.

Do not move there. I lived there for about a year and it was a complete nightmare. The kids there are very obnoxious and also racist, singing racist songs about white people, parents let them do whatever they want. The kids in the winter sit inside the apartment hallway and leave trash and make so much noise, no respect for others One time I left laundry detergent and a 12 pack of soda in the back of the truck and literally the 5 minutes I was gone it went missing. Not to mention peoples vehicles get broken into which my vehicle was also broken into. Expect shootings to happen every weekend in that area. Faces lounge is the main issue for that area. Customers at faces they park in the apartment parking lot and leave so much trash. When we moved in the carpet was ruined, someone before they left dumped grease all over the carpet and did our best to have the carpets cleaned. We had so many maintenance issues. Our AC when out and it took them TWO days to fix!! Apartment hit 90 degrees. They do alot of patch work and never fix the issue. Yes the tub and sink they are painted, tried to clean the sink and tub one time and literally paint was coming off. The place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. I knew something was wrong when they didn't want a security deposit.

This place is not the worse place but they can never keep a steady manger in the office. Maintenance men were OK. Landlord is nasty and never wanted to see exactly what was wrong in the apartment. My apartment was flooded because AC UNIT WAS LEAKING NEVER FIXED IT! THE WORSE! ALWAYS NEW CONTRACTORS NEVER THE SAME. NO PROFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER!

DONT RENT!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. Every floor creeks!! You here outside noises clearly. When you put in a service request they do patch work and never complete the job. My AC has never worked properly and they know about it. There is a lot of gang violence in the area. Many nights you here gun shots with nothing being done. There was even a time when people were shooting on the park that was filled with the kids. There was no resolution. Every apartment is old and dated and the renovations they are talking about are paint over old tubs, pain over old cabinets etc.
