The Lofts at 308 Ninth in Columbia combines the energy of downtown with luxury living. Our apartments are perfect for students and young professionals working in The District and are available in 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.
Each of our apartments offer a flat screen television, washer and dryer unit, brand-new stainless steel appliances, Brazilian laminate floors, granite countertops, private bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and more! Plus, each apartment comes with a balcony and an amazing view of downtown Columbia. Another bonus our residents receive is high-speed fiber internet included in their rent.
Our residents’ safety is our priority. To help keep residents and their property secure, we have implemented a secure building policy between 5 p.m. – 8 a.m., seven days a week. Each resident is given access to the building to enter at anytime. We also have an onsite security guard between 10pm-2am, 3 nights a week.

I start my PhD at Mizzou this fall and was feeling overwhelmed searching for a nice and safe place to live in an area I was unfamiliar with (preferably one within walking distance to campus). Being in undergrad for 5 years and then the military for an additional 5 years, Ive had to move too many times to count and have had some pretty awful experiences. Angie is, by far, the most professional, personable, and attentive person Ive had the pleasure of interacting with. With her video and 3-D tours, timely responses, and ability to mitigate any concerns, I signed before even seeing the place in person. Just a couple days ago I showed up unexpectedly in person to see the place for myself and she dropped everything she was doing to walk me around and give me a tour. The complex is even nicer in person. I am thrilled that I will be living here and have management, like her, who are so attentive to the tenants needs and concerns. Based on my experience and the many moves Ive done over the past 10 years, you wont find better than this.

Kelly and Angie at the Lofts are the best. After just two months living at the 308 ninth building, which was really a great experience, I needed to relocate and found myself in a fairly undesirable position of having to find a sub-lease. They made every effort to help me, when they could have easily spent their time on their many other responsibilities. They tirelessly fielded calls and worked behind the scenes to find a tenant. I was tremendously stressed about the entire thing and they practically took care of it for me. I've never encountered any other management that has gone so above and beyond. They are extremely professional, helpful, and personable. My time there was enjoyable as the apartments are beautiful and the location is prime. Highly recommend contacting them if you are interested in living in downtown Columbia. You would be hard pressed to find a better place.
