Ive lived at The Den for two years and its been an overall good experience. The office staff is super friendly and responsive. The online maintenance portal makes it easy to submit a request and the maintenance staff is quick to address any issues. The amenities (such as the study rooms, coffee lounge, pool, fire pits, grills, and free parking) make it a great place to study, entertain, or just hangout.
My mantra has always been that all student housing complexes have the same issues so you should look for the best value and The Den definitely meets that mark.

This is my second year of living here over the summer so while I cant speak for the school year, the summer is great! I love the pool and this year they had it ready to go before most other pools. Everyone in the office is super sweet and always willing to answer my questions. Rent is fairly affordable and the size is comparable to most other apartment complexes.

Ive lived here for almost two years now and have enjoyed it for the most part. While there are some issues, it isn't mainly the apartments fault. The people who work in the front office are pretty responsive and understanding. Personally, my (and my roommates) favorite part about the Den is the events they put on and their many giveaways. It was always something fun that made us look forward to going to.
