Moved in over a month ago and everything has been very smooth - from touring to signing the lease, changing the lease to include a new puppy and moving in! The only issue we have had was the AC going out but within 30 minutes of reporting it they brought us a portable AC unit and replaced it within 48 hours. So far very impressed :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my residence at Eaves Columbia Town Center. The office staff are understanding, kind, and resourceful. The maintenance staff are attentive, skilled, and don't make residents wait multiple days to resolve a service request, whether easy or complex. I appreciated my wood-burning fireplace and nice-sized "square" kitchen with matching-colored appliances. The on-site large storage unit came in handy for items I stored less than a block away from my apartment. Installing the Amazon hub on site made it convenient to pick up packages when I had time, which was mostly in the evenings after work. The emailed reminders about packages are a good idea. The buildings and grounds are cleaned regularly, and the grass is kept low. For those who like to walk, Columbia Mall, the movie theater, Whole Foods, Merriweather Post Pavillion, restaurants, and other interesting places are close enough to not need a car, unless you prefer to drive. Beautiful green nature and plenty of trees exist throughout and surround the complex. I will miss my lovely apartment, the helpful staff--including management--and all the amenities that came with living at Eaves Columbia Town Center.

Living at Eaves was such a great experience! It was the first apartment my wife and I moved into and it was perfect. We lived there for 2 years and made memories that will last a lifetime. My favorite thing about living at Eaves in addition to the convenient location, great amenities, and quiet, woodsy environment was the amazing staff. Shoutout to Kechelle who was always helpful, polite, and just a joy to speak with. Big thanks also to all the groundskeepers who worked hard everyday to keep the neighborhood clean and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Eaves for anyone looking to rent their first apartment or looking to enjoy the place they call home for years to come. Thanks again Eaves for the great experience!

I am so happy we moved here, it has been a month. We wanted to move into a place where we could get some type of "peace of mind". Yes, we are getting just that "peace of mind". I love the nature experience, the nice staff experience and more. I am also so happy to have been one of the winners of the Thanksgiving Raffle. The bag of fixings meant so much, and were items that I could enjoy. Thank you to the great staff, and thanks to the Eaves of Columbia Town Center for being such a great place to live.
