We moved to the Avalon blindly from another state for work and decided on the Avalon based on the good reviews and pricing. Our apartment seems to be on the older side, but was recently renovated to put in new appliances and remove a lot of the carpeting. During our move in we found that the carpet in the guest bedroom was dirty and smelly, but management had the carpet cleaned within 24 hours. Within the first week our washer machine died, but again maintenance was able to come out within 24 hours to assess and order us a new one.
Overall, while the apartment is older inside and we have had some bumps in the road. The management and maintenance have been extremely attentive to our needs and are quick to assist when something is wrong. Outside of the physical structure of the apartment the people here are very nice and quiet. We like our neighbors and are always greeted with a smile. The grounds are well kept with lots of green space and tree's. The trash areas are also well maintained and easy to access. Overall we satisfied with our decision to move here.

Guillermo is always very pleasant to work with. Very friendly and efficient. I know when Guillermo is on duty things will turn out great. Avalon is a great place to live.
