1 unfurnished bedroom available for rent in a 5 bedroom house on the basement level. $800 per month, utilities included. 6mo - 1yr lease preferred, but negotiable. $800 security deposit also required. Right across the street from Cottonwood Creek Park on the south side. Basement tenants will share a bathroom (3/4 bath). There is also an additional half bath on the main floor.
Except for laundry facilities located in the basement, the basement will be considered private to you and the other renter in the other bedroom. In addition to the bedroom, there is also an adjacent private living room just for you. There is also a kitchenette with a microwave, small grill, sink, mini fridge, and toaster oven. The kitchenette is just for you two, but of course, there is also a fully equipped kitchen on the main level for everyone in the house to use.
I'm a Christian guy in my early 30s. Being a Christian is not a requirement to live here, but I do ask that you respect my values and follow house rules. No smoking or drug use, and no pets (except fish in small tanks). Only one person in the bedroom please.
Everyone has access to the common areas on the main floor, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. There is also laundry in the basement, which is the only part of the basement that's available to everyone, not just the two basement renters.
