Downtown Bryan Neighborhood - Downtown Bryan, TX

Downtown Bryan, TX

Downtown Bryan Neighborhood Summary

Bryan is the town right next to College Station, though many people consider both towns to act as one unit. In fact, downtown Bryan is less than 5 miles away from Texas A&M’s campus. Keeping this in mind, it’s no surprise that Downtown Bryan is a favorite spot for people to hang out and even live. Downtown Bryan is filled with unique restaurants, fun boutiques, and awesome nightlife. There are also many cute art galleries and other specialty stores, making it a fantastic place to visit on the weekend. Though many students come here to eat and play, many of them do not live here because the commute to campus requires a car. However, this is a popular living spot for young professionals and grad students who want to live close to the nightlife and cultural events of Texas A&M’s campus, without dealing with all of the undergrads.
