WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR MOVE-IN?
1 month rent plus security deposit DUE AT LEASE SIGNING. If a lease is not signed within three days from being sent, it will be cancelled and we will move on to the next applicant. National Grid services required to be in your name for lease-start date.
