At one time, this building was one of the largest producers of gingham cloth in the USA. Professional, Polite, Pleasant to speak with over the phone.
It is most unusual that one property manager would give a 5- Star Review to another property manager, however, I just got off of the phone with Miranda from the Lofts at Lancaster Mills and was delighted with the process to give a landlord verification for one of our residents moving from our rental community to theirs.
Miranda was so pleasant and helpful on the phone during the process, she has left us in a better place than we were when we first started the call. That, in a property manager, is rare indeed and to be noted. Thank you Miranda!

Outside just a few very minor issues that are inherent to any apartment complex, my experience with the Lofts at Lancaster have been very different than what I read on google. This is a good property run by a wonderful staff. The apartments are well appointed bar a few minor issues.
The area is amazing and the community is respectful and friendly. I'm glad I went with my gut and ignored all the negative internet trolls. Very satisfied with my decision (except for the barking dog next door, but we'll get that worked out)
