Highly recommend! I lived here for one year. Amanda and Annalise are amazing leasing managers. Move in and move out was so easy and they were very reassuring and supportive while I was a nutcase about trying to line up movers and building access.
The building is very dog friendly and only a block away to pet areas downtown. I frequently walked my dog around Cleveland State University which offers a lot of green space.
The gym is amazing. The building was able to keep the gym and pool open during 2020/2021 and it was a critical part of my pandemic times. The gym is very large and open with all of my favorite equipment. I love that it is two floors so there is plenty of space to work out and not be right next to someone. As an avid swimmer, having the 25yrd lap pool inside the gym was the best, most luxurious part of living here.
I was lucky to have a parking spot in the basement garage and I highly recommend this option, although space is limited.
Lastly, having Hienens, CVS, and Starbucks all within a block was amazing! And all three businesses are dog friendly so you can bop in while out on a dog walk.
