Also, Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic Hospital are located nearby which is about a 7 to 10 minute drive away respectively. That's why this room would be perfect for travelling medical professionals, and university students who need a place to stay temporarily more than 30 days up to a year or for those who need a longer stay for more than a year but like the convenience of not having to buy furniture.
Note: There are currently, 3 females that live in the house, 2 that are retired and 1 teenager who is still in highschool. It would be preferable to have another female living on the 3rd floor.
