I have been living here for 2 and a half years. It is the best decision I have made. The property is well kept, I don't have a problem with maintenance or management. I even assisted someone to move here and they love it as well. It has schools in the area and an array of mini malls and pharmacies. Check it out and when you fill out an application, tell them I sent you!

WORST PLACE TO MOVE TO THEYLL STEAL YOUR CAR AND YOUR MONEY. My washer has been broken since 6 months I have to re wash my dishes after takeing them out th dish washer .on top of tht there liers they tell oh th manger isnt here but u drive by th office and oh best believe she is there. My neighbor asked for new appliances and they told him tht your rent would be 2,000 for a one bed room apartment.I pay 1,450 for a single bed room. Dont love here save your money and get out of jersey!!
When it comes to maintenance and customer service this appartment complex is very bad. Instead of help they will give you attitude.

I know when there's trash on the ground I pick it up an I seen others pick up trash as well. Good neighbors mean alot. Maintenance is always there when needed and everyone that we dealt with is always so nice. .
