Welcome to Village Square Apartments, the perfect place to call home! Our community features 72 updated apartments with modern vinyl flooring, plush carpeting in the bedrooms, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Each unit also comes equipped with washer and dryer hookups, and if you don't have your own, we offer the option to rent them from us. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included.
Our professional management team at SNS Management is available to assist you with anything you need. Our maintenance technicians are fully equipped and operate 24 hours a day to ensure that any after-hour emergencies are taken care of promptly.
Village Square is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a non-refundable pet fee, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older.

1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate
2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers.
3. A credit score of at least 575.
4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years
5. No violent felonies ever or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years
6. No sex offenders
