I've lived at Seven since June 2015 and moving out June 2017 because I have to move to a different city for work. This is the best apartment experience I've had and I've lived in at least 6 different communities over the last decade. We have a two bedroom, two full bath here and we have been very comfortable (turned the second bedroom into a living area with a sleeper sofa for guests). We use both the Seven and Sycamore place gyms regularly. We just used the grill on the rooftop the other night and frequently bring guests to the rooftop to hang out. The maintenance and management staff really makes this place great. Also the common areas are always clean and tidy. The other residents are respectful and I've never heard or been bothered by noise from other apartments. I'm told there are 9 inches of concrete in between each floor of the building so you can't hear people above you. Also, pets are allowed! We take our black lab to Fido Field everyday, it's a two minute walk.
