Our units are updated with modern vinyl flooring and appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Our apartments have been completely upgraded, with premium vinyl flooring and plush carpeting throughout. You'll also have access to fully equipped kitchens that feature dishwashers and built-in microwaves.
The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included.
Pennington Court Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older.

6. No sex offenders
