I lived at Madison Court for 1.5 years, in a unit with a recently renovated kitchen. One of its best attributes is the location. It's safe, walking distance to Hyde Park Square, and offers easy access to the interstate.
I got lots of compliments on the wood floors and spacious living room. On the other hand ... the radiators made our bedroom way too hot in the winter, while the window air conditioners seemed extremely old and dirty.
Overall, I would recommend living here for the price.
