I have lived here for the past year and have transferred into a new apartment 2x (needed to downsize and the need more space). Management has been great at listening and getting things done. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone who is looking for affordable housing with personal touch

If you want a place to call home this isnt the place at all! Management sucks! When I first moved in for about 6 months I killed 4 bugs a day including worms, spiders, crickets, thousands legs and flying ants. It always smells horrible when you walk in, dog poop is left any and everywhere there isnt any good lighting outside the place at night. This place is not worth $750 more like $7.50.
I live her with my girlfriend and I love it ! Amazing management gets thing a done in a timely manner. Couldnt choose a better place to live.

Day before notices of entering your home.( they will enter your home and look through your belongings and leave them as is) very unprofessional. No wonder there is multiple vancancies. The folks at the main office are no better. Id sleep in my car before i ever rent here again.
They rent to people who ignorantly and mindlessly throw their garbage not only where they live but anywhere on the streets of Cincinnati. Don't bother.

DON'T BE FOOLED! the low prices and quiet woodsy feel may be tempting but trust me. this place is a pit! mold grows in every corner. this building is made of swiss cheese. they refuse to do any major maintenance to keep the building even waterproof/weatherproof so its drafty as heck, and the free heat is a joke. you are provided with electric heaters for a reason. have made several requests for fixes prior to move. and here it is a few months to contract expiry and still a good amount untouched. neighbors also seem to be too lazy to clean up there apartment after there pets leaving the smell to linger into the hallway, its not uncommon to smell 420, which i have no problem with that itself. but could be signs of worse things, just throwing that out there. i'm leaving this pit asap!
