Through the Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO) program, 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom "below market rate" rental currently only available to ONLY ARO QUALIFIED multi-person households. For ARO QUALIFICATIONS -- Applicants must be income eligible and meet the associated screening requirements outlined below. Applicant screening consists of online application completion, credit check and payment of the associated fee ($75), front and back screenshots of an unexpired government issued ID, and a landlord reference/verification showing proof of the previous 12 months of timely rental payments. Applicants must submit third party employment verification document, three current and consecutive pay stubs for all income, three current and consecutive bank statements for all applicant accounts and assets . Building management will complete the verifications once all supplemental documentation and tasks are completed. Sight unseen applications are not permitted.
