Its not often that our expectations are exceeded, but 1 day after completing the Move-in Inspection Sheet, 2 sets of blinds in my apartment home needed replacements. They were replaced with new sets the very next day The Maintenance Team completing the job was pleasant and professional throughout the process. Its wonderful to have a Team that takes pride in a good well done. Plus, a team in the Main Office that care about the safety and concerns of the residents.

My husband and I live at Garden Springs Apartments. We love it. For us it was very important to inquire about the quality of their maintenance service when we considered living here. We were told that they were very good. This is definitely true. In my opinion the maintenance staff and services have only improved since we've been living here (this is our 3rd year). One staff member Renard B. has made repairs in our apartment 3 times this month. On Dec. 2nd he repaired our front door lock. I'm not sure what he did, but he did it quickly and efficiently and now it works easily. On Dec. 18 he came quickly after hour and was so courteous and skilled and only had to work a few minutes and the repair was complete. He also replaced light bulbs because they have high ceilings here and lovely light fixtures, which I really like. It's a great convenience and provides peace of mind to have such quality maintenance services here, whether minor or after hours and we enjoy it!
