Chelyan Village

Chelyan Village is a newly remodeled, one bedroom apartment complex designed specifically for the elderly and/or disabled. Along with new kitchen cabinets, stove, refrigerator and dish washer, we also offer new heat/air conditioning units for both winter and summer comfort. Newly installed carpet and vinyl are throughout each apartment. An elevator provides easy access to both the second floor apartments, and the on-site laundry facility. There is a community room with kitchenette available for gatherings. Plenty of parking exists in a well lit lot. Water, Sewer and Garbage cost are included in the monthly rent. There is 24 hour emergency/on-call maintenance. We accept section 8 HUD vouchers.
