Welcome to The Daisy, your ideal rental retreat nestled in the heart of Downtown Charleston. This charming three-story residence offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for extended stays of 30 days or more.
As you enter the first floor, you are greeted by an open and airy living space, featuring a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional sofa and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen are ready for all your culinary adventures, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and all the cooking essentials you might need. There is plenty of seating with a small dining table and two chairs, as well as seating for three at the kitchen island. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.
Venture to the second floor to find two inviting guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and ample closet space. The larger bedroom offers access to a charming balcony, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a vanity. The laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, is also situated on this floor.
The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, a luxurious retreat featuring a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with both a tile shower and a tub. This spacious suite also includes a TV and a cozy couch for added comfort.
For your convenience, The Daisy provides parking for up to three mid-size cars in the designated parking area to the left of the home.

- Non-shedding dogs under 60lbs may be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement.

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
