Walk through the front gate and you are greeted by an adorable front porch and entryway. Here you will find two rocking chairs, making it the perfect place to relax and people watch! Enter through the front door into the foyer where you can drop your belongings after a long day exploring Charleston. The living room is elegant and luxurious featuring a comfortable sofa and chairs, Samsung Frame TV, and a decorative fireplace. Through the stunning archway is the modern kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a large kitchen island with seating for two. This kitchen is a chef's dream! Just beyond the kitchen is the formal dining room. The large dining table seats up to six people. Bring your entertaining and dining al fresco and take advantage of the stunning outdoor space. The back patio might just be the best part about this property! Here you will find a comfortable seating area with chairs and a sofa, a dining table with seating for four, and a fire-pit!

Upstairs you will find the three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The luxurious master suite features a king size bed and offers a hotel like feel! There is a dresser, smart TV, and a large closet. The spacious master bathroom features a gorgeous tile shower, soaking tub, and a vanity with his & her sinks. The middle bedroom can be treated as a flex space and has a fold out queen size bed that can be easily tucked away if you prefer to use this room for another purpose. The guest bedroom at the front of the house features a queen size bed, comfortable chair, dresser, and has direct access to the guest bathroom. This bathroom is also accessible via the hallway for any guest's that may be staying in the middle room! The bathroom features a large tile shower, and a double vanity with plenty of storage.

Travel down the stairs to find a hidden gem! The home office and den is located on this level for ultimate privacy. There is a sectional sofa, large TV, and a desk for all of your work from home needs. This area is also home to the laundry room and a half bathroom for your convenience.

Parking is provided in the driveway!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $525 upon signing the lease agreement.

Please keep in mind there may be construction going on in the neighborhood. Duvet Homes will not be responsible or provide refunds for any interruptions due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. construction, noise from neighbors, etc.) during your stay.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
