Located at 2400 West Bradley Ave in Champaign, Illinois - the commute to campus is not a bad one. Easy access from I-57 and I-72, the campus is in a pretty decent location. If the interstates are not your thing to travel on, side streets such as Mattis Ave, Bloomington Rd, and Parkland Way can help you get to campus in a timely fashion. Plenty of things to do in Champaign, such as paying a visit to the Krannert Art Museum. There you will find many different exhibits from many different types of periods of art. Very nice museum for the smallish town. In the mood for a hockey game? Then you might be able to catch the University of Illinois’ hockey team battling it out on the ice. In the Summer to cool down you can head out to the Sholem Aquatic Center, a great place for families to enjoy water slides and a lazy river.

Each month, using over 1 million Rentable listings across the United States, we calculate the median 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rent prices by city, state, and nation, and track the month-over-month percent change. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
