We stopped in a watched a movie as we had some extra time while in the area. There are a lot of theaters in this one facility. That's pretty impressive all by it self. Lots of different options. The food court was made so you can get through pretty quick. The food is pretty expensive, even for a movie theater. The theater seats and auditorium were clean, comfortable and accommodating. The sound system was great. All in all it was a good experience. We will return when in the area.

I usually love my megaplex experiences; however, this past Saturday my father was supposed to be given $9.75 refund on a gift card from a ticket he mistakenly purchased. But, when I went to use it they told me it was a rewards card and that there was no money or any points on it. So, when I went to ask for a refund they said they could not help us at all. I very kindly asked if we could do anything also including asking if they could look up any past ticket purchases to confirm this wasnt a lie. They continued to interrupt me and saying that it is too old to refund us the ticket. When we went to talk to another worker with more information they told us they would get their manager. That happened to be the original women we talked to. When she was asked to help us she acted very unprofessional and said I already helped them and continued to roll her eyes. All we wanted was to figure out how we could fix all of this but when we tried to find a way they kept interrupting us and telling us there was no way. I usually love this theater but not when Im treated poorly.

This is easily the best place for popcorn. I occasionally see movies, but I go here for the popcorn. Almost any time of day, you can get a large popcorn with way to much butter, and the service is great. They usually make you salt it yourself, but I can manage with that. This place has always been clean when I've gone, and I've had no complaints.

First was a while ago, we saw a late showing of edge of seventeen and the screen was very dim and flickering the whole time. The other time was last Friday the 27th for 7:15 theater 7 AVENGERS!!!!!! The sound was so quiet you could barely hear. Missed out on a few parts because of it. We were not the only ones that noticed it either. And no body wanted to go say anything because then you would miss the most amazing movie ever But all around this place is fantastic.

The workers were very friendly. The seats are comfortable and leave plenty of room for people to walk by in front of you. I would recommend getting seats in the upper section. I was in seat j18 (almost on the aisle) and was very pleased with my view.

Here's a little "hack" - if you like to reserve tickets online but don't want to pay the processing fee - buy a gift card at the theater, then use that online. When you use it to pay for tickets -- no fees! I usually buy about $100 worth, then check the balance occasionally to make sure I have enough to last for a while. You have to buy the gift card in person, so you'll want to keep enough on your balance to cover any tickets.

Well, let's head on down to little 1920s new York and catch a flick, or whatever they called them back when people dressed up to see the movies. Long story short, it's a great movie theater in a great location, and I'm a great guy.

Wonderful theater with great seating. My family and I come here almost every Tuesday for their $5 movie night where any movie in any format is only $5 per ticket. I've never seen a better deal. I'll be a megaplex customer for life because of this deal. It's unreal to be able to see an IMAX 3D movie which is normally $15 for only $5. I highly recommend this theater. In addition, the food options are fairly expansive so you can definitely get a decent dinner.

This was my first trip to the Megaplex Theatres but won't be my last. Especially for their $5.00 Tuesday. You can get a free discount card which you can use for snacks along with other things. When I ordered a large popcorn the attendant recommended I'd save money to purchase two of the "Special Price Popcorn" available on Tuesdays. There are probably a lot of places that would just take your money and not do what is right by the guest. I was impressed.

Love the variety of movies playing here at any given time, it's really nice to have options. The food's great as well, the service is good and usually you can find a parking spot which is a plus. The lobbies and bathrooms are always clean and, despite the crowds on Tuesdays or the weekends, it's my favorite place to come and watch a movie. Megaplex definitely won me over from Cinemark!

The best megaplex! They have self serving popcorn stands where you can add more butter, salt, and regular drinks! There is almost no lines and it is so easy to access these stations so you won't have to wait in a line and miss your show! I haven't noticed anything remarkable about the customer service, but that also means it's not bad.
As I mentioned in a previous review, I highly recommend looking into 2 things
1. Movie pass! BEST WAY TO SEE MOVIES! BEST WAY TO SAVE MONEY! look it up online.
2. Megaplex rewards card! Another great way to save money and get something back for the money you spend at the theatre!

The theaters are really well laid out. In addition, I like that they have part of the snack bar outside the entrances to the theaters so you don't have to walk past the ticket attendant and show your stub again, with full hands, to get back to the theater. The sound, screens, and seats are also really nice. Plus your can reserve your seat. No searching in a dark theater for a place to sit because your already know beforehand where you are going.

Went here opening day for a major movie. Was very disappointed. They were filing up the popcorn machines with popcorn from large white bags that had been pre-pooped. The popcorn ended up tasting very earthy and gross. The lines for concessions were insane and even a simple order of "2 large popcorn and 2 large drinks" was taken down wrong. The parking lot was not able to handle the volume of people there and people were parking along the streets around the theater and having to cross the busy parking lot in multiple spots to get to the movie theater entrance. Once inside the building the concessions area was so packed you were shoulder to shoulder with other patrons and making your way to give them your ticket to even see if the theater was seating yet was nearly impossible due to the amount of people there. It is very apparent that the theater is not designed to function at capacity, and is not able to meet the demands of a major release
If you are going to see a movie on a non major opening weekend this location might be a good option. But for a 3pm Friday showing of a major movie release it was a huge let down.

Behavior wasn't perfect (but the movie I watched was trashy anyway) and the movie theater itself can't do much about other people's behavior. Good experience.

We go here at least twice a week (we are movie buffs!) I would give it five stars, but they are kind of scattered with their times, menu and service. The people are constantly changing and the service isn't as good and in some cases you meet a face that isn't as friendly to meet your request (like can I have the salt shaker for my popcorn) or they used to deliver your food to the theatre if your movie had started, and they will do it some days and not others. The place is clean though and I love the fact you can pick out your seat in advance. We buy the mugs and the movie popcorn tub every year, but they run out in december and don't have enough by the beginning of the year so you need to get yours or its too late by the beginning of the year. Refills are super cheap.

Thry also have a drive up automated machine if you want to get a tickets early without parking. The concessions are fine, the same as anywhere else - expensive. The seats are cloth with armrests that go up between the seats. Not as nice as the leather recliners in some theaters. The parking area is too small and spaces are difficult to find on a weekend night. All in all, a fine place to watch a movie, even if it's not remarkable in any way.

LHM Megaplex has the best theaters in Utah. The staff keeps the theater clean. The sound system is powerful. There are plenty of options from 2D, 3D, 3D IMAX, Luxury, and D-Box. Tuesdays are discounted for all showings. The Megaplex rewards card is okay. The rewards are decent but instead of adding them to your card they give you a piece of paper designating the reward. If you lose the paper, you're it of luck. The food is expensive like every theater. One big bonus is Megaplex designates their theaters as a concealed carry friendly establishment, as stated on their signs posted outside their theaters.

I fall on the high side of 3.5 stars. I like all Megaplex Theatres because they always have a lot of movies and almost always a showtime that works for me and my crazy schedule. But at this particular location, which I don't travel to often (usually only for IMAX movies), it's always super crowded so the concessions stands get overwhelmed. Customer service seems to suffer a lot because of this. And the popcorn is almost always just on the wrong side of stale. And like everybody else, the prices are kind of outrageous. I know most theatres make their money on snack bar sales, but seriously... With how many people go to the movies on a daily basis, I really feel like the exorbitant prices are just a way to "stick it" to the customer...
On another note, the parking lot is always a nightmare. It wasn't very well designed and is often confusing to navigate, but luckily there are usually open spots, although when it gets busier they are harder to find.

Audio was not to my liking. The screen had imperfections. In the left quadrant was a very distracting smudge that I kept seeing in the fighter flying scenes.
The main areas into front were too crowded and I had to navigate around people hanging out in the middle.
Glad to have left.

The movie experience itself was great. Comfortable seats, good sound and picture. BUT their night manager is horrible at his job. Just last night when I was there he was wandering around hiding in the back and only coming to help of someone couldn't get a till working while his employees were trying to run the till, restock all the food, and fill people's orders. All 3 stations were open, and while when I first got in line every till had a person on it and things were going smoothly, then they began to run out of product and it ended with only 1 person at each station and a 30 MINUTE WAIT. When I finally got my turn to order the poor girl looked so overwhelmed I had to order 2x because she ran my card but left items off. Hire a new night manager, this one does NOT support his team when things get busy; he goes and hides in the back looking around corners to see if it's still busy.

I use to be a huge fan of the theater, had no problem paying some pretty inflated prices for my movie experience, however this recent situation where, they are under some contract to show 20+ showings of Minions on a Thursday night, when a Marvel Title is opening has pretty much lost them a customer. 3 Showings for Ant-Man on Thursday night, and under 15 showings for Friday.. yet Minions is still at 20+ showings is a huge amount of horse shit. Not to mention the standard PR reply of, we're under contract to have showings for a movie that isn't selling tickets for late night viewings is also another load of crap, it's very far fetched to believe there also then wouldn't be some sort of contract from Marvel/Disney for more Screenings of their summer title.
I will be taking my business somewhere that doesn't have idiots running it.

You can see red/blue outlines on every object. I was also in an auditorium where there was something in the ceiling rattling the entire movie! Might have to start going somewhere else.
I also miss the early days where Megaplex didn't show 10 commercial before the movie started. Now they are just like every other theater chain. No advantage going here anymore.
