If youre thinking about renting from here, RUN VERY FAR AWAY. This place is a disgrace.
Absolutely awful place to rent from, we've had nothing but trouble since we moved in 3 months ago. The bugs are a constant problem and are enormous-centipedes, spiders, ants, wasps-its a daily battle. However, today was the breaking point. Our sink faucet upstairs breaks off and water started shooting EVERYWHERE. We had water coming out of our outlets, ceiling lights, and running down our furnace. We call the fire dept and they come and shut off the electricity and water and tell us several times NOT to turn on the electricity again. I started calling the emergency maintenance number at 6:18pm and didnt get any answer until 7:09 pm. Meanwhile I knock on the office ladies door and her response to the whole situation is "I dont know what you want me to do about it, im about to go to my sisters house" and that was the end of it. When the maintenance man FINALLY calls me back, the first thing he says is "calm the hell down lady" and continues to argue with me over the situation instead of asking me how he can help. When he shows up, he looks me straight in the eye and flips each breaker individually and says "they just say that stuff for no reason", then when I ask about the manager his response is "youll never get my number or the managers number I can promise you that" really? THATS how youre trained to handle the situation? If you have an emergency maintenance number, dont you think someone should answer it instead of waiting an hour to call back?
