I love living at The Park at Crossroads! Its a great neighborhood with great apartments. The staff is very prompt and friendly. It has a great fitness center, large grills, a relaxing outdoor pool space and an indoor pool as well! And, if you have a pet, they have dog parks on-site, so you never have to leave the comfort of your own neighborhood! Im hard to please when it comes to where I reside, but this community has exceeded my expectations the past 4 years.

Moved to Park at Crossroads Apartments in November 2017. The staff is always ready, willing and able to assist you in any way they can. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Great walking trails and a Lake, makes it picture perfect. Shopping is minutes away A safe family community, peace and quiet one would expect. A Great place to live.

I moved here in 2015 due to the upgraded unit layout, close to work, parks and trails, close to shopping areas, the office staff was professional and showed appreciation, they had more events for tenants, and my neighbors were awesomethis community felt like home! Since new management I experienced several issues/bumps from office staff communication and attitude, there's been less events for tenants, when I moved to a different building the upgraded was a joke, I experienced several issues in the new unit, and the area is much louder than before! As of 2/2018 I noticed some positive changes!

Park at Crossroads is a wonderful place to live. Our maintenance requests have always been completed within 48 hours. The leasing office is always timely in responding to emails. They also do a great job hosting periodic community events such as social gatherings at the clubhouse and food trucks. The landscaping is well maintained and the pool area is beautiful during the summertime. The price is also great considering the prime Cary location.

So far I have really enjoyed living here! It has a great location, the apartments are nice. We have only contacted maintenance once so far and they were pretty responsive. The worst part about living here is that people do not tend to pick up after their dogs, so the grass is a danger zone for your shoes. Other than that, the apartments are nice, good location, and decent amenities.

We love the location. Close to shops, a green-way, and can safely walk to several restaurants and a grocery store. Office is usually prompt with responses and maintenance. Love the gym and pools. My only complaints are that our neighbors don't always clean up after their pets, and the recycling dumpster usually fills up too fast due to people not breaking down their boxes or filling it with junk furniture and items that aren't recyclable.

My husband and I have been living in apartments since we moved in together in 2012, and have lived in three apartment communities prior to Park at Crossroads. When I tell you that I have never received such amazing service and quality as I have here, it's coming from experience in dealing with other apartments over the years. Let me start out by saying - the ceilings are high, the foorplans are incredibly spacious, and the open layout is wonderful. We have a plan with the sunroom instead of patio (we have never really used patios much), and the whole apartment is just enormous and wonderful for a 2Br/2Ba. We adore the accent wall options they gave us, and feel incredibly safe here. Also - if you like bath bombs like I do, their garden tubs are AMAZING! They fit me comfortably and completely, and I'm plus size! The location itself is amazing - not only am I minutes from Waverly Place and Crossroads, but I'm only ~15 minutes from Crabtreee Mall (depending on the traffic that day). There are grocery stores everywhere (Lowe's, Harris Teeter, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Target), and the community is wonderfully quiet. When we moved in, we had only a minor issue with the shower head, and they came out the next day and replaced the shower head immediately. Everything else has been wonderful. I haven't had a chance to utilize the indoor pool, gym, outdoor pool or grills (because it's winter), but my husband and I are so very happy. Jim is amazing and honest, Tiana is as kind as she can be, and for the first time since I moved out on my own years ago, I can say that I feel like I'm home. Kudos to the wonderful management, the beautiful and well-kept community, and the awesome amenities! [Edit] And let me add, my husband is in IT and LOVES how there are Ethernet ports in the walls and power outlets everywhere! No ugly ethernet cables everywhere!

I lived there for year it was quite nice nighbor but I did not like the managment and the people who work there they are too sharp and their roles were so limited they did not care about making you feel comfortable they made every thing hard from the payment or using their fax and more.. The staff is very helpful. Prices are affordable and the units are better than in neighboring Lodge - they were built a few years later plus they feature sunrooms instead of balconies, which is more useful given North Carolina weather.

Edited on 9/25/2016 after moving out at the end of my lease. It's an OK place, but for sure very expensive at currently $1,100 starting price for a 1 bedroom. The area however is very nice and noise levels are are average . One thing I can't stand is the lack of parking. At the end of the day, there's basically nothing. Wish there was assigned parking. Management and Maintenance teams have been very helpful throughout my 1 year stay here. They drive around on quiet electric golf carts and always take the time to answer questions if you see them on the lot. The only odd thing I ran into one day was maintenance was scheduled via the website and they showed up early morning on me without warning knocking once and then unlocked the door to my apartment announcing "maintenance!" once. What if you were to be sleeping? That, I consider a violation of privacy. There should be a system in place to schedule a time for them to be welcomed in by yourself, not them having a key to let themselves in. Other than the noise levels which are a bit high, the very high rent, and small details with maintenance, I loved this place and would recommend it. There's even a new BJ's Brewhouse restaurant near the BJs wholesale and gas!

We have lived here since 2013. We started in one of the one bedroom apartments and then moved to a two bedroom apartment when our first lease ended. We have loved our experience living at this apartment community and have signed our third lease to continue living here. Maintenance has been amazing during this whole time. I've had many friends complain about how long it takes to get things fixed at their rentals. Never at Park at Crossroads. Any repairs have been fixed within a day. The air conditioning went out one day and it was fixed within 3 hours. They are very polite and clean up any mess from the work. Thank you guys! The pools have always been well maintained and I was just informed that updates are being made to the outdoor pool including grills. The indoor pool has been great to use when the outdoor pool is closed, although I wish I would make it over to use it more! The leasing office staff has always been helpful with any of our questions and has hosted several events to appreciate their residents. They have provided pastries and coffee on some mornings before work, yard sales, catered dinner and many other events! I love living here and the convenience to many stores and shopping centers is awesome. The greenway around the apartment is beautiful and a peaceful walk. I don't want to move anywhere else!

I moved to the triangle area for work and really didn't know much about the area at all before I moved here. But after doing some research online at different apartments before I came i decided to come visit. I was able to contact the leasing office and set up a time to come tour the apartment. Once I did they were quick to get back to me and check in to see how I enjoyed the tour as well as next steps. They are very welcoming and very warm which was great moving from somewhere else in the South, a true display of southern hospitality. My neighbors are all relatively quiet and the staff is very quick to service your maintenance request as well as let you know when you have packages in and things like that. Overall I would definitely give the complex 5 out of 5 stars!

I am so surprised by the bad reviews. I have lived in quite a few apartments and this is by far one of the best places I've ever lived. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. It's quiet and I love all the pools. I had a few problems and within an hour and a half maintenance had fixed the problem. I am so happy here If I could I would never leave!

I have been living here for more than 2 years 11 months and it's a beautiful community. There is everything with in 2 or 3 miles. The management is very helpful and they are available round the clock. So, I recommend who ever wants to move in this area. Regards Hazare

Updated 4/21/12: My partner and I have lived here for 14 months and STILL love it. We shopped around for quite a while and The Park gave us the best space, the nicest floor plan, and an attached walk-in garage for the most competitive renter's rate we could find in the Triangle. We love the location with all the convenience of being near Crossroads plus easy ways to escape the traffic and easy access to greenway trails. Noise has (still) never been a problem in our townhouse-style unit but I can't say for sure how the apartment-style units would be. Maintenance is friendly and has addressed both urgent and non-urgent requests with a quick response. Staff have always been polite and helpful to us. It is clear that the structures were built quickly (as most residential buildings are nowadays) but our unit is solid and comfortable with no major structural flaws. The indoor pool is clean and warm even in winter, and the outdoor pool is well-maintained. The gym is clean and good for basic work-outs. Recycling was added a month after we moved in. There is only one trash station for the whole community which is often also used by the neighboring community and this continues to be an oversight, but at the same time I don't know of a good solution given the neighborhood layout. The area is safe and well-lit and we know at least some of our neighbors. We continue to love our apartment and continue to recommend The Park to friends!

Moved here from Boston as a young professional and love Cary but Im sorry this place is not the upscale living it pretends to be - walls are paper thin, paint is cheap and even worse the place is poorly maintained (the staircase has smelled like animal urine for the past 3 months!) I cannot wait for my lease to end - any of the newer apartments nearby would be better for just 50 dollars more!

TERRIBLE leasing office staff, very nasty all the time. Overly corporate, refusal to look at issue at hand, only follow corporate book on "issues." The computers would not allow me to access my email, and I was insulted by management, telling me I had porn in my email. The next day, I tried to access the NC gov website to pay my taxes and refused me access because of porn. When I went and told managment they said it's not thier problem its corporate restrictions, because thier must be something pornographic on the NC Gov website... They will fight you on anything, and REFUSE to admit error on thier part.
