My mom moved into this place 3 years ago and it was much nicer! Although the walls are paper thin, I can hear everything my neighbors say or do.... I am an extremely clean person and my apartment is so clean and I still manage to have roaches due to other people. The people behind me smoke marijuana all day long and the smell must come through the vents or something because the smell lingers into my apartment and I can not get rid of it. They don't ever care to help or fix broken things. My dryer has been broken for a year and every time we put a request they say nothing is wrong. My a/c doesn't work and the only way it works is if you leave it on 65 degrees 24/7 and they tell us we just need to change the filter! I change the filter once a month! Which this leaves me with a $180 electric bill for a 2 bedroom apartment! Cant wait for my lease to be up next month!!!!! DONT RENT HERE!!!!!

Yep not signing a second lease. EDIT:Everything started great! Now that I have been here since September, and in a constant struggle to get the huge stereo turned down (AKA Turn the bass down!!!) in the apartment below me. Literally I have sent 2 emails, with video where you can plainly here my walls and floor shaking at night. I was impressed but this issue I thought they would deal with has yet to be addressed. Worse part is rent looks like its going up $200 a month once my lease is up, so they want me to pay $1060 for an apartment I can't even have reasonable piece and quiet, I just want my walls to stop shaking. Also the attitude I have encountered by maintenance staff has not been the best. First they tried saying I made an oil stain that was there wayyyy before I moved in, it was there the day I looked at the place, next time I go into the office and want to talk to one of the girls in management and the maintenance guy looks at me and says sternly "What do you want?" I told him to talk to one of the girls in management and he looked at me and in this tone of voice like he is running the place says "You can talk to me" . Well I don't want to talk to maintenance, if my sink leaks I'll call you. Seems once they got you locked in that's it your on your own, which I've seen half the reviews say. Good luck getting me to resign, I'm going to get a house....And I never pay rent late, I am the quiet tenant who keeps to himself and takes care of his place and respects the fact that I have people above and below me, I was in property management for 2 1/2 years and one thing I learned is those tenants are the best. I understand footsteps, heck I even understand the occasional argument I hear, all these things happen we are only human. But when you blatantly ignore your neighbors comfort over and over and who the heck buys a sub-woofer and surround sound in an apartment???? Im trying to figure out where it is ok to have bass so loud your neighbor now gets to hear your movie instead of his own T.V. I play guitar, but guess what instead of hooking my amp up, I use headphones to get that full, bass filled sound, go buy some dre beats or something. THis has been going on for about 2 months or so with no remedy. If management deals with this I will update the review.

Been living here for about 6 months and I love it! Great place, good management and it's perfect if you have kids, you feel at home. Management is awesome and polite and maintenance always gets you fixed up quick when things need fixed.

Horrible staff, they don't assist with anything in a timely manner, nor do they keep their trees trimmed so they aren't SMASHING against the walls and windows. They are friendly and that is about it. The condos have extremely thin walls. Conversations can be heard when sitting in your bedroom from the neighboring unit, and the plumbing is not good. My pipes in the master bathroom constantly smelled like rotten eggs, and the sink made a bubbling noise any time anyone flushed around my unit. Happy I got out of there.

Ridiculous that anyone would even rent the unit had to wait for it to be ready and the place is falling apart before i move in! Poor carpentry allnthe way around or just no care in their job one of the two. The staff is friendly but not helpful

Ok neighborhood. Terrible architectural skills on the inside, I can hear my neighbors stomping around all night & talking all day. Paint was chipping in master bath & had roaches bad when we moved in, cabinet plating was/is coming off, Staff is very nice, but useless- way over priced. Definitely not renewing lease

I just moved in August of 2011 with my family. This is one of the nicest Communities in Cape Coral. The people are nice and the staff are as well. They are efficient with any repairs that need to be done in your units.
