We understand that those on a fixed income may not necessarily qualify for traditional rental options, so we don't ask for income verification, but do require first and last month's rent as well as a small move-in fee of $250. Deposit varies depending on length of stay.

This is a sober-living household, only one occupant allowed per bedroom and, sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking allowed and, because this is a furnished house, we will not allow for storage of additional furniture or belongings that cannot safely fit within the rented room. Absolutely no sub-letting allowed, and the applicant must be the actual person intending to stay.
