Located in a quiet country community conveniently located a few minutes from town, near I-35 W. Very low-key quiet area.
Does include central heat/air conditioning.
This unit does not have washer/dryer hookups yet...although, I had someone agree to install the hook-up for 2 months of rent exchange, and unfortunately, we are 4 months in and he's yet to finish there, it's partially complete on the plumbing and vent pipe ran in the attic. The install is for washer-dryer combo unit in a hallway closet.
