I recently moved to the Ava from Minnesota, and I am in love with the location, unit, and staff. I have had trouble with renting/leasing offices in the past, but that is absolutely not the case here. Tony specifically has been an amazing help in assisting in my cross-country move. He has made special trips to my unit while I am settling in to give me the things I have needed and requested, and he even offers to come and run out here so I do not have to walk to the main building. Tony is very easy to get ahold of, upbeat, and charming--he is one of the reasons I chose to live here as he is a great face to the fore-front of the complex. Thank you Tony and Avalon Bay--I already know I am going to love my new chapter here!

This is just a quick thank you and review to both Derek who was handling the emails and scheduling of the issue Ive had with my unit recently and Gabriel S who was the on-point person who came in to do the servicing. Both times both Derek and Gabriel separately were SO helpful & accommodating with issues including our toilet and dishwasher and the turnaround was very fast. Thank you so much Derek and Gabriel, you were awesome!
