The two story building is located in the historic Hamlin Park neighborhood, an area recently experiencing rejuvenation.The building has been repurposed under the federal Preservation Guidelines and is now on the National Register for Historic Buildings. All historic features such as windows have been meticously retrofitted or replaced in kind. The apartment lofts feature high ceilings, large windows, open floor plans, individually metered utilities, ample secured parking and security cameras. Building amenities consist of a bicycle storage room, central laundry facilities, spacious lobby and wide corridors.
