I was renting there for about a year, everything was old and ugly they never took the time to fix whatever needed to be fixed. When I was planning to move out I gave my 30 day notice a couple of days later because of the holidays and they told me that it was not valid and they were going to keep my deposit plus I have to pay them an extra fee because I was breaking the lease, that is ridicules.
DO NOT EVER GO LIVE THERE!!
The manager name is Delia and her supervisor is Medrano.
