Pros: The units were new and clean, the amenities were great (gym, pool, game room, movie room, coffee machine, package lockers etc.). Whenever we had an issue or concern it was promptly handled by the staff, with Jen and Kayla being especially helpful and honestly just a general joy to interact with. Cons: There was a habit of some of the grills not working. Some of the tenants need to take better care of their dogs, there were multiple times were there was pee on the elevator. This was quickly cleaned up upon notification so I could hardly fault the complex for that but of course still annoying. In summary, we spent a year in Viva and if it was closer to my work Id go back in a heartbeat. The pros and wonderful staff far outweigh any minor cons.

Lived here since May 2021. Everything is generally fine, I don't have many complaints. The building definitely suffers from the problems of modern American construction, for example our floor is very uneven as you walk from one end of the apartment to the other and they're already replacing the roof insulation for the top floor. The building is kept clean and noise level is usually ok, however if you live next to a loud dog, you will definitely hear it a couple doors down.

The leasing staff was extremely helpful, and made renting at Viva extremely easy and painless. I worked closely with Kayla, and she has always responded extremely quickly. I moved from out of state to Viva, and Kayla was nice enough to do a video tour for me. The apartments are secure, beautiful, and the amenities included are outstanding. I do not have any bad things to say about this place!

I have nothing but positive remarks about this complex, the community, and the extremely helpful and dedicated staff. From first seeing the apartment to lease signing and beyond I have felt taken care of and supported. The amenities are beautiful and always maintained. Maintenance is always on top of things and are an absolute pleasure talking with around the complex. The leasing staff always makes me feel welcomed and they are consistently enthusiastic and dedicated to ensuring we get the best experience at Viva! Not only this but they are communicative and transparent making sure I had all the information and support I needed, and always answering my questions. They maintain a positive and upbeat environment even when managing hundreds of new tenants moving in these past few months. I couldnt be happier to be apart of this community and would recommended it to anyone! As a resident, I truly could not be more grateful.
