The home can be rented month-to-month with no 5 month lease commitment for $5,000 per month but occupancy must commence on June 1st. Rents are FIRM. Standard first month, last month, and posted REFUNDABLE security/damage deposit required prior to occupancy. Strong references, or CIA, and signed lease agreement with government-issued photo ID also required. Existing WiFi/satellite television {6 flat screens} packages, landscape services, pool service, and pest control service all included. Tenant pays for {reimburses owner} water, electricity, and $250 professional cleaning charge, plus flat $100 for each dog {if applicable}. There are no utility accounts, etc., that need to be opened with a large deposit, since everything conveniently remains in the owner's name!
