The unit includes covered parking, washer/dryer, water and trash paid.
$45 application fee per person over the age of 18
$450 deposit due after approved application
$50 admin fee + 1st months rent due on Move In date.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 times rent for monthly income. No evictions. No past due rent owed to other Landlords. In good standing with utility companies. Prefer at least 6 months working at the same job. No Section 8.
