Forrest Edge townhomes have beautiful hardwood floors throughout, an open-concept living and kitchen space with granite countertops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet and it's own en-suite bathroom with tile floors.
Forrest Edge bedrooms vary in size and in price, and are individually leased. The administrative fee is $75 per person. There is a security deposit that is typically the same amount as the rent.
Bedroom A: $715/month
Bedroom B: $740/month
Bedroom C&D: $790/month
The rental price includes standard wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity per bedroom.
Parking at this complex is limited, and each unit only has three parking spots. Parking is an additional $40 per month, and is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guest parking available. Sorry! This is not a pet friendly property.
