There is a stackable washer and dryer tucked away beside the bathroom, which features a granite countertop and a tub/shower combination. The bedroom has the same vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and lots of natural light. Enjoy hanging out on the covered front porch — perfect for relaxing!
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Water, sewer, trash pickup, and yard care are included in the monthly rent. All other utilities are tenant's responsibility. This home is pet-friendly for either a cat or a small dog, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply.
