We love it here! The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are nice, and Mandy has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She has made us feel welcomed and has taken great care of us and made the moving process SO easy. The maintenance guy is also great and very friendly. Our home is beautiful and surprisingly very spacious, and we love the open floor plan.

Ive recently moved into Bonner Springs Estates and it is wonderful! I was living in Cleveland, OH and was looking for a smaller town to raise my son in. The manager Mandy was absolutely amazing with communication throughout the entire process of finding the right rental for us. She is the only one in the leasing office but still managed to prioritize me as a potential resident with everything else she has going on. If you dont get a response immediately, be patient, she always gets to respond when she has the available time! Ive now moved in and the entire process was so smooth, not to mention the home itself is stunningly beautiful, and very spacious! Mandy was exceptionally professional, welcoming, as well as accommodating. The maintenance people are very friendly, efficient, and timely. The neighborhood overall has a great vibe, very friendly neighbors, and nice appearance. I can tell the people who live here genuinely love living here and being part of the community. There is daily police presence in the positive, patrolling and making it feel very safe. I feel very comfortable allowing my son to ride around on his bike, and playing basketball at the available court! It is very family friendly here and thats just what I was looking for! Dont hesitate to pay a little extra to live in this great community!
