A maximum of two pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds for each pet. A pet interview may be required prior to moving in. $300 Pet Deposit Per Apartment & $300 Pet Fee Per Pet. An additional $200 pet deposit is required for puppies under 12 months old. Monthly Fee of $35 for cats and $40 for dogs. All animals must be pre-approved by the leasing office. Must provide photos of animal and vaccination records in order to obtain approval to bring any animal on the premises. Breed restrictions apply.
