The community offers a wide variety of activities and amenities such as three fitness facilities, multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, three golf courses, and the list goes on! To use the facilities is an annual registration fee of $400.00 per person.

Lease terms may be flexible, please inquire for additional details. 24-hour notice for showings are required as the home is currently occupied.

One small, mature and housebroken dog under 30 lbs. may be considered with a non-refundable pet fee. No cats, puppies(under 3yrs old), aggressive breeds, or fish tanks.
