Edit: Do not expect any money back from your security deposit, even if it looks the EXACT same as it did when you arrive. They will take advantage of college students. So sad they have no respect for students.

I renewed my lease recently and I have been pretty happy with my stay here for the past couple of months.
The rent and location have got to be the biggest reasons you should consider to rent here. You can literally walk to almost all your classes (Kelly and Luddy). I leave just 15mins before my class in ballentine and I still reach on time. If you do need to go towards college mall or Walmart, you've got enough bus stops at walking distance and the bus frequency is much better than most other places.
On the weekends you can take a 5 min walk and reach the popular pubs, and walk back home without having to wait for a cab.
The maintenance is reasonably fast and they did fix the minor issues that I came across.
I was lucky enough to get an apartment in a great condition, however a couple of my friends weren't so lucky, especially the carpets weren't clean when they moved in.
I'll update my review in the future!
