Living in one of Minnesota’s largest cities — Minneapolis, St. Paul, or even Duluth — often means trading in the space and freedom houses offer in favor of the flexibility and convenience apartments offer. But there’s a perfect middle ground that provides that spacious home feel without locking you into a location or a mortgage: a townhome. Renting a Minneapolis townhouse means you can finally say, “I’ll be upstairs,” and often, they come with the added bonus of basement storage — or laundry facilities. We’ve done some of the searching for you and dug up these four great townhomes for rent in MN.
