Renters can view thousands of active listings from Rentable on Facebook Marketplace
Rentable today announced it is working with Facebook to bring more rental listings to Marketplace in the United States.
To create a highly efficient search process, Marketplace allows people to search and browse rental properties in their area and contact a property manager without navigating away from Facebook.
As the U.S. rental population reaches an all-time high, Marketplace provides the growing population of renters the opportunity to filter and scan properties across the country. Rentable will provide people with real-time data and availability for nearby rentals.
“We’re thrilled to be working with Facebook to further our mission of taking the agony out of apartment hunting. We know that finding an apartment is a painful process for many renters and we’re excited to be part of Facebook’s initiatives to help solve the problem,” said Rentable CEO Alec Slocum.
“We’re equally as excited about this solution’s potential to help our property management customers more effectively reach elusive millennial renters on platforms they’re already using, like Facebook.”
Rentable, the first online apartment marketplace to offer a personal assistant and concierge service to renters, gives apartment hunters the ability to browse more than a million verified property listings available for rent across the United States.
