We will be leaving this place behind ASAP! Whoever is giving this 5 or 4 stars has clearly either had a lucky experience, or they've never stayed in a better place. To be fair, this place started going more down hill after Leah stopped working here back when I first moved here. I heard they fired her for listening in on a private conversation she was having and she said something they didn't like about her boss... which to be honest, was probably true. Anyway, since Leah left, NOBODY gives one single crap about how the residents are feeling. They will only do what they are legally obligated to do, like repair air conditioning when it's very hot outside.. and thank God for that! I've emailed them about filthy neighbors literally leaving opened tampons RIGHT outside our door among other garbage, and they have not responded. Yet, they are quick to do ANYTHING to please or impress potential new residents, and don't get me wrong... I appreciate the exteriors for the most part looking clean (their powerwashing job was a bust though), but I feel sometimes it is overkill. You'll hear LOTS of noise frequently in the early hours of the morning because they really want to impress those viewing the apartments. Also, when they came to paint the doors, it's like they give the apartment keys to just ANYONE! Seriously, we were sleeping when the painters came, but I woke up right when they knocked. They didn't give it 10 seconds before they swung the front door open! What if one of us had been trying to get dressed before coming to the door when this happened?! Not only that, but they were very loud as they did their job. Last thing is that there's also and issue with the garbage cans... we never had a problem when Leah worked here about leaving our cans outside our door. This has been something that's always been done when there is valet trash because who wants to bring in a nasty can that's been sitting outside every night?? Well, when Leah left, we were informed we would have to bring it inside every night or we'd be charged a hefty fee! So my husband told them no, we'd rather not have the valet trash if this is the case because it's not sanitary, we'd have to clean it every night, AND the filthy neighbors put trash in the empty can every day! While sounding annoyed at this, the management said they'd just collect the trash can but never did... so there it is, still collecting trash from our nasty neighbors because we don't use it! I could list more things, but it's already getting really long. I just want to end with this... Leah was the best thing that this community had, and that douche-y looking blonde guy that runs things around here probably shouldn't have fired her and should have been fired by whoever his boss is instead. NOBODY here cares about the current residents, you WILL get roaches because of your neighbors, you WILL be very annoyed with this place and count the days until your lease is up.

Management lied to our faces multiples times. They said it would cost us only one months rent to break the lease early then sent us a bill for an extra $400. They promised they would install shelving at no cost to us but changed their minds once we moved in. Took 3 months to give us paint to fix up obvious scratches in the wall. Started out good. Maintenance people are nice but overworked.

The staff here is very unhelpful. We really wanted to live here, and tried to get the staff's help with our application and paperwork. They were very rude, never answered the phone, and just downright did not care about me or my family at all. We paid our application fee, but decided to live somewhere else. When we called to get our fee returned, they said it would be returned back in our account. It has been over 3 months and we never got our money back. VERY disappointed with the people that work here. They essentially stole our money and told us there was nothing they could help us with. Glad we chose somewhere else to live!

I enjoyed my stay here. I lived here from 2013 until May 2018 and it was pretty good! If I had a maintenance issue, they came right out to fix it. They did have several manager changes which could be annoying but the very last one was good and I hate that she wasnt there the entire time. I was relocating this year and I didnt need to renew my lease. When I confirmed my move out date, the manager at the time told me I needed to pay both May and Junes rent, my move out date was going to be May 31st. I didnt question it bc I assumed it was part of the 60 day notice. The new manager, stuck a notice on my door saying that I didnt need to pay for June bc I was paying month to month. I was so happy bc relocation can be expensive. Only used four stars bc they change management way too much and not all the staff is friendly when they make those changes. Also the gate is not reliable lol its broken most of the time. Other than that, theyre good.

Apartment quality is great but new management is not. Be prepared for ticky tacky fines and penalties. Seems they are looking for anyway to fine their residents to generate additional revenue. I received a $50 dollar fine for placing an additional trash bag for valet pick up (keep in mind I pay $25 a month for the valet service in the first place on top on my $1100 in rent). I have lived here for over a year, never been late on rent and never had a complaint filed against me. I understand we violated a policy but maybe consider a warning first before fining your residents. Especially, when we have never had issues with this in the past (we have placed additional trash bags outside before with no issue). Some consistency sure would be nice. Management also needs to work on their interpersonal skills. This is probably the part I was most aggravated with. As a resident that mostly lives a quite life and doesn't cause any trouble, I was disappointed when I confronted management and was met with contempt. I'm sure managing an apartment complex is not always fun and you probably have to deal with some bad residents on a regular basis but I'm not one of those bad residents and being treated like one is cause enough for me to look for residence elsewhere in the future.
