Lived here for about 5 years. The office staff will repeatedly lose your packages and lie to your face about it saying that they got delivered to another complex (Most mail is gps tracked/logged so not sure why they think thats ok) or they will give it to another resident as they apparently dont have you show ID to get your packages or even sign for it at the very least. They really dont care and dont want to change things so that its more secure. Also the appliances were old and tired before I even moved in. The location is great though.

I recently set up an in-person tour on 11/14/20 at 11am.
We are coming from Ridgefield, Wa-- about a 45 minute drive. My partner and I both work in Beaverton and am trying to find a place in the area. It's not fun making this drive ALL the way back to Beaverton on our days off but this is the only time we can see apartments together.
My partner and I arrived 10 minutes within appointment time and decided to walk the grounds to get a feel for the place. We noticed that it was incredibly quiet (a plus) and ample parking. We were inquisitive as to how this apartment complex recycled and unfortunately, they didn't. There was a recycling receptacle but the residents did not actively use it as such-- turning this into another dumpster.
We then headed back to leasing office. When no one greeted us at the door I called and left a message that we were at the door. Not a good sign, but I kept a positive attitude. We waited until 11:15 still no one showed up, and we called AGAIN. No one answered but left a message. I then emailed the apartment complex about our tour schedule on this date and time and how I'm still interested in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. After 11:20a we left. I still had high hopes that they would at least return my call AND email to apologize for this misshapen -- because hey, we are living in some crazy times.
It is now 11/21/20 and NO ONE has returned my call or email. This shows such unprofessionalism and want to warn future residents the potential of setting up a tour and no one showing up.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I hope this review makes Cambridge Crossing get their act together and hopefully no one else will get stood up (in the rain and cold) like we did.
