Bringing my daughter here had to be one of the worst experiences of our lives. The apartment was deplorable. I cant understand how these apartments are still open. My family and I cried when we walked into her apartment. Mildewed cabinets, tape on the dishwasher, mildewed showers, closet doors off the hinges, filthy carpet and furniture, holes in the wall etc. Several parents were leaving and returning keys as we were leaving. I went to The Edge apartments and 4 families were in there that had left the Palisades
i was a resident here with old and new management and it was HORRIBLE. i would NEVER recommend living here in a million years....
i was a resident here with old and new management and it was HORRIBLE. i would NEVER recommend living here in a million years. 1. the whole year and a half i lived here the pool was closed. 2 all throughout the summer my air continuously broke and it took them 3-4 days to come and fix it. they are very unprofessional, youll never get a chance to see or speak with the manager just teenagers who think they know everything . DO NOT MOVE HERE NOR SEND YOUR KIDS HERE

My husband and I had the opportunity to work with the manager and staff on numerous occassions during our recent visit to Baton Rouge. We are from out of state and the staff were very patient and courteous while assisting us with navigating the application process with our son. The respect and professionalism maintained by all of the office staff during periods of disrespectful verbal communication from others was exceptional. Of course there were periods of high anxiety as it was move-in time and the staff were working from early morning to late night. We truely appreciated the manner in which the staff chose not to allow the frustration of others to make them respond in the same manner. I commend all of the office staff and look forward to seeing them on our next visit to Southern University.

I wouldn't dare anyone move here ! I wish I could give it 0 stars because they don't deserve not 1 ! HONEST TRUTH

Mrs. Adrienne and Elijah treated me like family while I lived at the palisades this past year. I am very thankful for all their help and kindness. My closest neighbors were very approachable, respectful, and friendly. It's not a perfect place but it was the perfect place for my transition into law school.

Change has finally came!!!! I am new to the Baton Rouge area. I was a bit on the fence about choosing The Palisades after hearing certain stories from previous tenants of the complex. Though I am here to say, the past is the past and with new management like Miss Scott, I know that I will have a smooth transition of moving from Washington, DC to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was able match my thoroughness and energy through the process, so I have no doubt that my housing situation is in good hands under her leadership.
Management is making great changes. I would definitely refer a family member or friend to live here. Great specials and helpful staff who are willing to work with you.

The Palisades provides GREAT housing for the students of Southern University Baton Rouge. The students have spoken and owners are changing things to grant requests. These guys can now choose unfurnished apartments. Good students get discounts. Earlier leasers sometimes even qualify for free summer rent!

MISS ROBYN IS SOOOOOO SWEET and FUNNY!! Ever since the new management changed, this place seems 100 times better! They have worked with me with all of my problems, fixed my account, and have actually returned my phone calls. So much better! I will definitely resign if this keeps going. I LOVE IT!
