We require a credit score of 620 or better for approval - You can check you score on free sites to avoid using a Real Estate Market Place Vendor. If the score is lower, we do allow co-signers or 3 months’ rent and a security deposit in advance. This up front money will be used for your first 2 and last month’s rent. We also require your monthly income be approximately 3 times greater than the monthly rent, (for example if monthly rent is $1000 you must show proof of income of $3000 per month.)
We require that all units be seen by the tenant or a representative of the tenant prior to renting. This can include video tours in some cases.

Cats are welcomed - 2 cats per unit are allowed.
Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with proof of renters insurance. Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we are not able to allow the following breeds: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, Charpaes, Mastiffs, St Bernards, and any dog with a mature weight expecting to exceed 50 lbs. All dogs must be a minimum of 1 year in age..
