Rockdale Gardens would seem to be a very nice place to live. The appearance and The location is awesome, especially for a mother with two children. Recently separated and clean up my credit with no criminal history and evictions I was denied. It's heartbreaking when you have worked hard to clean up your credit and paid a lot of things off but unfortunately you still being judged. I feel that when a property screen and do credit checks look for criminal background and for prior and recent Evictions. Don't go by what's on paper u never know what was the reason behind late payments on things especially after we just got out of a pandemic. Just frustrated because im being judge and not given a fair chance. As being a hard working mom that want something decent for her kids

My friend just moved there. She has a small one bedroom( garden) ground level apartment. The apartment is very clean and well kept. The overall property is clean and well kept with ample parking for visitors. Her only complaint is that she has all these bugs in her kitchen and bath tub area. Management has addressed the problem and she called in professionals, but 3 months in the problem is still there and annoying. She works daily and doesnt have subsidized housing. Im a homeowner, but if I had to rent an apartment I would consider this property just on the top floor.
