There is a washer and dryer inside as well and tons of storage space inside with large pantry and walk in closet under the stairwell and lots of walk in attic storage spaces as well. There are 2 other excellent long term tenants that live on the large property and are detached and completely separated from the home as well as the yard. One is a converted garage apartment and the other is a 2 story apartment. We also allow dogs.. This home is ideally situated in Austin right off hwy 290 but feels like you're out in the country.
