In return for some of the lowest rent in town you'll receive the following.
Crime:
Someone was killed in the apartment across from me. I witnessed an armed robbery in daylight. The tires on my car were slashed. I randomly called a “fag” by my neighbors. Homeless people live in their cars in the parking lot.
Water:
Water was out countless times over the course of my lease and when it was available the water pressure was non-existent or the hot water was out. I hope you like that dirty, dehydrated feeling.
Other:
You’ll enjoy having to get out of your car on a daily basis to let people in through the gates who don’t live there or no longer have their gate card.
Someone hit the rear, driver’s side quarter panel of my car by what looks like a truck or moving vehicle and of course didn’t leave a note.
To comfortably afford an apartment, we recommend having at least three times your monthy rent in gross household income.
